After I complete any remaining edits, I will do a detailed custom video walkthrough of your new site’s backend, so you’ll move forward feeling comfortable and confident with keeping your site’s content up to date.

After approval of the design strategy and mockup, I will start building your website. We will also have revisions to implement your feedback. When I complete your website, I will ask you for your final approval, and you will have 48 hours to send me any final edits. I will also do responsive site testing to make sure everything’s mobile-friendly and Basic Search Engine Optimization so new people can find your perfect new site online.

You will fill out a Website Checklist and Planning Questionnaire to help us gather everything we’ll need to build your site. As soon as this homework is complete, I will start working on your project. I will first create a site map strategy + website outline with recommendations on everything from the high-level pages to the information in each section. You will receive 2 Custom homepage mockup designs so you can choose the direction for your site.

Once we decide that we are ready to move forward and work on your website, I will send you a formal proposal based on our conversations. When you click to approve the proposal, a contract and invoice for your (non-refundable) 50% deposit will be available for you to sign and pay. Once the contract is signed, and the deposit is paid, you will get an email to my client portal. Your final 50% payment will be due upon completing work when I transfer the site to you.
